PTA Budget Revised

Dear Curtner PTA,

Our fundraising efforts have not been as successful as we had hoped.  As a result of this, we had the the Budget Committee revise the budget based upon what the projections are.  The notable items changed were:

INCOME Changes
  • Pledges decreased from $20,000
  • Stallion Stampede decreased from appox. $28,000
  • Curtner Store decreased from $2,200
EXPENSE Changes
  • Science camp supplement eliminated
  • Student recognition fund eliminated
  • Talent show eliminated
  • TOSA was decreased from $5,000
  • Curtner Art Program (CAP) was increased from $1,500 to $3,000
This results in the carry over + unallocated fund decreasing from $20,000 to about $17,000.

Here is the proposed budget.
 
The PTA members present for the February 12th meeting have tentatively approved the new budget.  Please review the attached PDF.  If you have any concerns, please send an email to info@curtnerpta.org before March 15th.  If no concerns or objections are raised prior to that date, the updated budget will become the official budget for the year.
